Want to upgrade Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production to 11.2

I am looking to upgrade Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production to 11.2.0.4. (Windows 2008 R2 standalone). What will be best option and documents for this upgrade.
