Default Printer at User Profile not being picked up

We are facing an issue with a program , which is defined with the below format Format - XML Print - Checkbox enabled Style - PDF Publisher Landscape We have setup the profile - "Printer" at user level to the user But when we run the program, its not printing on the user level printer Any suggestions ? ideas Thanks
