Supplier registration url taking us to logon page in external url but not internal

Hi,

We have enabled SSO and 2Factor authentication in our DMZ 12.2 instance. The supplier registration url which should not ask for any authentication is taking our page to the logon page rather than the supplier registration page.

The same is not happening when we change to internal url.

What could be the reason.
