How to Copy down a PO line on same PO

How do we copy down a PO line. We have to create a manual PO for Office Supplies and we use the same item and it needs to be entered to all departments so I am looking for some functionality at least it will copy the like the item number to another line and then the Location and other distribution lines can be entered. Its just to duplicate the same line 100 times or is there any easy process that we are not using. Thanks in advance.
