Question resize, reset table setting, table setting in EBS Rel 12 Self service page

Hi,  We have issue with self service user   playing around with I suspect the following icon on their self service page for  example timecard,  I don't know what they did but I suspect they hide column or reorder something

after they did it when the want to launch timecard function they get error

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.hxc.selfservice.timecard.server.TimecardAM'.

how to remove any table setting which user has done? what is the table behind it and how to personalize and hide those options?
