JDE Published BSSV using WSS-Pasword Type PaswordDigest

Hello there I have recently developed a new published BSSV for the Business that is working well using WSS-Pasword Type  PaswordText . I can test it fine using soap UI and all is well

However my College  would like if its possible  add an extra layer of security by using PasswordDigest.  that's not something I have ever done before with BSSV's and we didn't cover it in training

I have been hunting round the internet to see what I can find so far with no luck so I thought i'd give the community a try and see if any one out there had come across the same issue  and if so  is it possible ?
