Very interesting overshipment

Did you ever found a situation where there were more quantities shipped than in the sales order?

I have a case, where in the sales order were 79 pieces ordered of one item ( changed from inital 5 pieces to 79 by the planner - i trace that down) And during shipping, somehow they managed to ship 100 pieces in total, and now if i check the order, i can see that my line is split - i have in line 1.1 line 79 and in 1.2 line 21 pieces. And if i check the record historty, i can see that the second line was created by a warehouse operator. Which is very strange. Nobody remembers anything
