Roll Up Time capture

Hi Team,

Would like to know is it possible that we can capture the roll actual timings via debrief HTML form. If yes can someone educate me the standard way for following that process.

For e.g. if we scheduled the task to a technician in the following way

Task Scheduled (with status 'Assigned') @ 9AM

Status => Working, actual start time 9: 15 AM

Status => ON Hold, at 9:45 AM

Actual start date and End Date

9:15 to 9: 45 AM (Actual Efforts 30 Mins)

after hold time

ASTime: 10:15 to 10:45 (30 Mins)

Actual efforts :

60 Mins

Now, again technicain came back for work and he changed the task status from 'On Hold' to 'Working' @ 10: 15 AM
