Issues when copying/pasting projects, login on 15.2.3

Hello P6 Community

I would like to share with you  our problems after migrating from 6 EPPM 8.3.8.0  to 15.2.3.0 seeking for your comments and recommendations.

As per Oracle's recommendation patch 8, hotfix 1 should resolve the situation. Recentlly we tried patch 9 but we're getting the same problem.

Issue #1: User can't login into P6 Professional - TDBX Error in PM.exe.

Problem Description:  Users can't login into P6 Professional. Event code shows TDBX Error and ORA-00001 code (unique constraint violated at PK.UACCESS)

Workaround: Reset user preferences, OBSPROJ rebuild.

Exception TDBXError in module PM.exe at 000000000036187F.

ORA-00001: unique constraint (XXXXXXX.PK UACCESS) violated

ORA-06512: at "XXXXXX.POPULATE_UACCESS", line 20
