OEM Hybrid Cloud Agent - works with IP but not with Hostname

Hi experts,
I am getting an error when trying to deploy a hybrid cloud agent when using a hostname (defined in /etc/hosts), it gives an error during the pre-deploy verification.
When I use the same inputs but use IP address instead of hostname, it works just fine and deploy the agent.
Also, if I do ssh from the OEM machine to the virtual cloud host, it allows me to connect using ssh keys either using IP or hostname without any error.
Deploy using hostname:
