Patch filesystem (fs1) in ebs 12.2 under EBSapps file deleted ways to restore

Hi,

We are on EBS 12.2

Somehow not sure i see today

/u02/app/oracle/product/122/fs1/EBSapps   ---

  no files present

/u02/app/oracle/product/122/fs2/EBSapps --

  All files present -

10.1.2  appl  comn

What is best way to fix it ?

Shall i copy those files from fs2 to fs1 and run adop phase=prepare ??? or is there some other method.
