Update Standard Costs - Update Option Parameter

We have created a new org and are planning to run the "Update Standard Costs". In the parameter - Update Option, we wish to see one of the list of values as -  "Overhead, resource, activity, and item costs" But instead, we are seeing only "Activity, and item costs" Any suggestions / ideas Thanks
