Duplicate lines in Order Management - Corrections for one PR

Dear All,

While purchase requisition is being translated into internal sale order it failed and I checked the corrections screen in order management and found duplicate lines for header and items and when I clicked on errors it was showing nothing.

Did anyone face the same issue?
