P6 Web 15.2.4 session timeout in 30 mintues

P6 Web 15.2.4 session timeout in 30 minutes.

the default configuration session timeout setting is 1d, which sits in the configuration used by P6 Web.

I also changed the session timeout value from 60minute to 120 minutes but still its timeout in 30 minutes.

any help on this will be highly appreciated.
