Need to create a report to reduce the amount of manual work
Hi all,
I have a user who is maintaining CRM data on monthly basis in excel manually from the screenshots received from by 11 regional managers (RMs).
Each RM is having 3 reports in CRM on Demand application which pulls their team’s data for “Service request activation summary” (within 2 hours and 24 hours), "% Completed within Timeframe" (% wise completion of orders within 3 days and within 5 days) and "Over 14 Days Old" (Number of active orders) respectively.
The first report is based on Service request history subject area and rest two reports are based on advanced custom objects. The data of last two reports is from the child object of ‘Service request’ record type.
