Upgrading Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.3 to be 11.1.2.4

Hi,

I'm about to have a project to upgrade Hyperin Planning form 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.4, and now I'm preparing to write the steps, could anyone please let me know what will be the concern ?, (other than data), and also what might be the best practice to perform this activity.
