Formula counter issue in R12.2.5

We had this option to define formula in cMRO (Installed base) to handle various complex formulas for calculation of counters.

One example is given below.

There are MRs applicable on Starts, flights and Accumulated cycles. And Start and flights are cascaded.

This was working fine till R 12.1.1, however it looks like from 12.1.3 onwards there are few changes made which makes it difficult to define such scenarios.

Anyone else facing similar issue?
