Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello

if i have eg a pending cost of 5 usd

and a frozen cost of eg 10 usd for an item

and I'm doing a ship confirm - cogs gets triggered

at what cost does that happen - frozen or pending ?
