Planned Resource vs Actual Resource in Cost Budget and Cost Forecast

Hi Team,

I have a workplan structure of below and the requirement is to have Cost Budget and Cost Forecast (user is entering this at planning stage where actual resource is not known) entered at Child 1.1 and Child 2.1 level by assigning a planning resource to get the budget and forecast generated.

     Child 1.0

          Child 1.1

               Child 1.2

     Child 2.0

          Child 2.1

               Child 2.2

Once the actual resource have entered the transactions (timesheet / requisitions etc) at the lowest task like Child 1.2 and Child 2.2 then during the next generation of Cost Budget and Cost Forecast the values (People Effort and Raw/Burdened Cost) get changed (these actual effort and cost are added to the original budget and forecast) as these actual resources are different from the resource assigned at the planning stage.
