Promotion IntegrityCheck

Hi All,

To give a background we are using Siebel 8.1.1.11 Ip 2013 for telecom Implementation, e are using Bundle Promotion Framework in our Implementation.

Clarification  :As part of ISS Promotion Verify SubProcess workflow it invokes ISS Promotion Management Service/IntegrityCheck

               1. From Log it triggers BatchValidate to ensure Cardinality

               2. It then calls E&C for the Promotion & associated Child Componentes  - Does it advisable to Skip this E&C ,Since we have done E&C before invoking the workflows for Performance Improvement ,

                           QUESTION: Does it advisable to Skip this E&C ,Since we have done E&C before invoking the workflows for Performance Improvement ,Will there be any WIN TIME in skipping E&C or
