Position Control without the Accounting Side of it
I am looking at implementing Position Control. I have reviewed the information found in the HCM Foundation documents. I basically want to use it to track approved positions, but not necessarily associate a budget with the approved positions. We won't be using it to tell Managers if they are over budget or not, but more for Human Resources to know if the departments have the headcount to hire. Has anyone in the community been using position control that could offer some advice, or let me know if this would even be possible? I don't want to touch the accounting piece
