HFM Task Flows are not saving changes

Hello,

We are on HFM 11.1.2.3.500.

When we make changes to an existing Task Flow, say,  just to change the description under the properties tab, and click Save.  It won't save the change.

The user who created the Task Flow is the user attempting to save the change so I don't think there is an issue with Access Control.

Any suggestions as to what could be happening?
