Forms objects did not generate successfully. Applied July 2016 CPU patches to upgraded environment.

I'm not even sure if I should post in this forum, but I am working in my first upgraded environment and am applying a second round of CPU patches, along with a java update. I have

followed the notes and it all went well until I ran adadmin to compile to the forms.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        INVRSVFM.pll

au      resource        CSDRCSHP.pll

ap      forms/US        APXWTRXF.fmx

inv     forms/US        INVRSVF1.fmx

inv     forms/US        INVTTMTX.fmx

csf     forms/US        CSFFEDBF.fmx

csd     forms/US        CSDREPLN.fmx

I tried generating them using frmcmp_batch and frmcmp but no luck. They have different errors and I can get each error if it will help. I am in the process of collecting them now.
