UBE report commit 20000 reg and option: Event Transfer Transaction Isolation

report processing take long time of processing, open a transaction and commit 20000 reg, there were an option Event Transfer Transaction Isolation 

could issue the report procesing time..?

this option is related processing reading reg? with commit or without commit yet?

what is the different between option? and what is better option? current status is DEFULT

what is the meanningeach setting, uncommmit reable, commit, seriali... so on
