FPGA update needed in going to 730, if no QOS on the NIU?

Hi, I'm trying to determine if I still need to worry about the FPGA update with a 4500 with no QOS on the NIU:

Acme Packet Part Number: 002-0611-58:   4port 1000Mbps SFP NIU noIPSec noQoS (2nd version)

I already upgraded it and when I run 

show datapath ppx info

It doesn't output anything for QoS.  I assume I only need to worry about this if the NIU supports QoS, but can you please confirm?
