Kit Selection not called

Hi, I'm trying to enter a sales order for a Kit and P41351 is not being called.  I have verified that the stocking type for the parent is a K and that a BOM is created.  Processing options for P4210 are not set to hide anything.

Any thoughts?

We are on tools and apps 9.1.
