parameter values are not printing while text to excel type concurrent program

Hi all,

I have <?P_BUYER?> parameter and it was printing data, but While i am doing text to excel type concurrent program it is not generating xml tag of <?P_BUYER?> .

Oracle apps R12.1.3 ,can any one please help us.
