Siebel CRM upgrade to IP2016

We are planning to upgrade our siebel solution stack to IP2016. Below is the current version of applications/middleware which is deployed with Siebel CRM. We need to understand that if we upgrade siebel crm version do we need to upgrade the other pieces as well? If yes then what are their suggested version as per Oracle .

 

Current Version:

 

1. Siebel CRM : 8.1.1.11

2. Siebel UCM : 8.1.1.1

3. Middleware : SOA Suite 11g (11.1.1.7) is running on Web logic server and AIA 2.5

4. OBIEE: 11.1.1.7.1

5. CTI Integration Details:

  Cisco – 10.5

  BNS – 1.4

  AMC – 5.4.0.0

 

Apart from above please suggest if any other dependency
