Why some reports taking too much time to be completed first time

Dears,

I have upgraded my database from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2, after that i faced an issue with some customized reports where they are taking about 10 minutes to be completed normally for the first time i run every 6 hours, if i run the same report another time with in the 6 hours with same or different parameters, it will be completed normally with about 10 seconds.

Could anyone help me to know if there is any parameter in the new database should be extended in order to fix this issue? i dont know why it is taking only the first time 10 minutes then it is taking 10 seconds.
