Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Team,

Is it possible for an item/store combination is on promotion for the entire week.

There are two scenarios to this:

(a) item/store is having enough historic sales

Can Promotional forecast for this item/store still be zero in the promo week?

(b) Item/store not having enough historic sales or no sales?

Promo Forecast in this case: Zero or Non Zero?
