export backup is not running

Hi All,

I scheduled a job on Grid 12c while trying to run the job getting the below error.

ORA-39014: One or more workers have prematurely exited.

ORA-39029: worker 5 with process name "DW00" prematurely terminated

ORA-31671: Worker process DW00 had an unhandled exception.

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 64552 bytes (TCHK^1b9b77a2,kggec.c.kggfa)

ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPW$WORKER", line 1887

ORA-06512: at line 2

Not able to understand how to resolve it. i have checked table space ,mount point all have sufficient space.

Kindly have a look on the issue and let me know how to resolve the issue.
