RPM. Competitive strategy. Propose retail is null

I run batch to create worksheets. And I have proposed retail equal null for the Competitive strategy.

I have filled tables Competitor, comp_store, comp_store_link with target_comp_ind = Y,

I have created item list, then I used it for creating the competitive shop list, then I filled the list.

When i launch batch in such dept-zone and such calendar for the Maintain Margin strategy the proposed retail calculated correct.

What else should I fill out to calculate the proposed retail for the Competitive strategy?
