Loglevel not increasing

Hi Experts,

I have a issue in once of our env,

change evtloglvl %=5 for comp SCCObjMgr_enu

issued the command, verified with list command all events are set to 5.

But logs with 5 are not getting generated.

Have restarted the component -- no help

restarted the siebel server + gateway server -- no help

Any suggestions would be really helpful
