RAC scan listener & Cluster vip

Hi Folks,

We have recently installed new RAC 11.2.0.4 with 2 nodes. while configuring we have used one SCAN Listener which will resolve into 2 node IPs and one cluster VIP.

So while connecting from external application like SAP, we have to use SCAN listener or cluster VIP.

Can you please help on this??
