PDBA with an end date still calculating
PDBA #1 for vac pay has a Y override flag and a pay stop date of 7/22/16. PDBA #2 for vac pay has a N override flag and a pay start date of 7/25/16. Even though #1 has been ended, it is still pulling along with #2. The employee is now receiving 2 lines of vacation pay, requiring a manual override each pay. Is there another screen besides employee DBA instructions where this needs to be changed? Thank.s
