Getting "NOTICE: core_log: ALECDC[22922] core dumped" reported in /var/adm/messages

Our server admin is seeing core dumps in /var/adm/messages which appear to be related to a concurrent program which is not running.

All I can find related to ALECDC is the following concurrent program which has not run and is not scheduled:

Check Periodic Alert

ALECDC

The only Alert request I could find did not run during the times of the core dumps:

Periodic Alert Scheduler
