Siebel Applet - Edit Web Layout error - IE 11

We have Siebel 8.1.1.10 and IE 11. Received error when tried to open Tools > Edit Web Layout. This editor requires Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 to be installed.

Appreciate if someone can assist fixing the same.
