JDE reports get to the output queue with the status of SND

I am trying to setup printers for our JDE 9.2 environment.

I created an output queue on the Power system which should send JDE reports to a print server. I setup JDE 9.2 to direct JDE reports to this output queue.

The JDE reports get to the output queue with the status of SND, they never get sent to the print server. Any ideas? Thanks
