Project Budgeting method and Inventory related Suggestion

Client requirement

1.

Create Project for maintenance service of Building for 1 year or 2 year.

They will create budget for Labor Supply and Material supply.

Each project Client want Material level Budget with rate - they will define

Quantity * rate (from Schedule) = Material cost Budget. (Materiel comes from Inventory as they are storing material in inventory)

How I will create Budget for Material Inventory Budget. (Suggest method of Budgeting)

When Create Purchase Requisition or Purchase order, at that level they want to see Budgeted quantity and material cost budget,

So they can take decision that how much quantity & cost budget amount is left for particular Inventory purchase for Particular PROJECT.
