AMDPREPT - Depr Reporting Table Process Failure

I have a specific institution that has been part of our system since 2002 and has never ran the Load Depr Reporting Table process.  I have tried running this process for them to show them how it works, however the process runs for a long period of time then fails and locks the tables.  Other institutions who have been running this process in the past are still able to run it.  I tried running with Open Trans option checked and the To Year set to 2016.  I also tried using the Update Statistic checkbox as well.  Has anyone else ran
