How To Sort the Expenditure Batch Template?

Initially the Employee Name is sorted alphabetically.  But when our users enter a new Employee Name into the Expenditure Batch Template (core form PAXTREPE - function PA_PAXTREPE_ENTER) it puts the name at the bottom of the LOV.  How can we re-sort on this name field?  Can we do this as a Personalization?  I'm not seeing how.
