Java virtual machine error during installing oracle software 11.2.0.4

Hi,

I am installing oracle software 11.2.0.4 out of place upgrade from 11.2.0.3. After downloading the software 11.2.0.4 patch 13309677, I want to install oracle software but it is not going through. The error message is the Java Virtual machine error when loading file JMV.ddl.
