ARM Reconciliations Reopened after dataload

Hi,

We user FCM ARM 11.1.2.3.502

We have an incident yesterday in which over 1000s reconciliations were re-opened.

The followings happened yesterday:

1. From FDMEE: Launch initilalize source systems (PeopleSoft Finanacials 9)

2. Execute dataload from within ARM for 2 Locations

     - Local_GL_Location

     - Overseas_GL_Location

3. Terminated the dataload.

     - From FCM ARM: Manage > Periods > Data Load Execution > Delete the currently Running Dataload

     - From FDMEE: Process Details > Select running process > Select Reset Status

4. From FDMEE:  Update Entity Group Entities

     - Remove An entity, e.g. ENT800 from Local_GL Entity Groups

     - Select ENT800 for Overseas_GL Entity Groups

5. Re-run dataload from within ARM for Local and Overseas GL Location
