Order line reservation, reserving for future dates

Hello Everyone,

I have setup a Oracle soft reservation by doing the following:

1. Transaction Types (Order type) --> Standard order line --> Shipping Tab --> Scheduling level = Allow all scheduling actions.

2. Order Management --> System Parameters --> Values --> Reservation Time Fence (RTF) --> 30.

Now, that we have got the setup in place, I've created an order line for an item.

Item on-hand quantity is around 600.

System date - 16-SEP-2016

Schedule Ship date - 14-Nov-2016

Promise date - 14-Nov-2016

Request date - 21-Nov-2016

Based on the functionality order line should get reserved when schedule ship date is within the days defined in the reservation time fence. So, if we calculate provided by the given dates, the i.e.,
