FDMEE metadata load from EBS won't refresh HFM application

Hello,
I'm using 11.1.2.4.0.79 and trying to pull metadata from EBS 12. to an HFM Classic application.
Everything is well configured. I am trying to load the Account dimensions form EBS and I got a green OK but the Account dimension in HFM application is not updated. I have new accounts in EBS that are not showing up in HFM application after I run the Metadata load. There is no member listed in the Metadata load file.  The EPMA option is disabled. What is the default option? Merge or Replace?
