How is Number Portablity can be done usage in OCOMC using IMSI Number

Dear Team ,

I have an use case where we have to support number portability by identifying IMSI number . So request oracle team to help on this on how this can be achieved .

Or is there any other we can achieve this in OCOMC and ECE integrated system.
