Technician Portal: Attribute values are getting nullified when Substituted part line is created

Hi Team,

In the Technician Portal screen, whenever we click on 'Request Parts' button for an item with zero on-hand quantity, then the ATTRIBUTE2 and ATTRIBUTE3 values in the CSD_WIP_TRANSACTION_DETAILS table are getting nullified when new part line (substituted part line) is created. Not sure why the ATTRIBUTE2 and ATTRIBUTE3 values are getting nullified. These values must be retained.

The below are the exact steps that are performed by the Business users:

1. Navigate to Depot Repair Super User responsibility-> Depot Repair-> Technician Portal.

2. Enter the Repair Number (create a new RO if there is no open RO available) and click on Go button.
