Error while doing Miscellaneous Issue

Hi All

We are facing a strange issue while doing Miscellaneous Issue in inventory. Screen shot is attached for clarification. Surprisingly this issue is occurring only for 1 specific user. Other users can make transactions with same parameters without any error. Any support or suggestion will be highly appreciated.
