Status not chnaging

Hello Team,

This is in continuation of Post

I found when I enabled the Security at the standard level, AME rules at the SR level not works as expected however WF at the back end works fine. Already I mapped the required responsibilities so that we dont face any issue however status at the SR level is not going to the further status as per the SR transition. Please find the attached document for further understanding

Please advice what should I do here
