Migrate ODI/FDMEE objects which has same repository IDs

Hi Gurus,

I have 2 different environments - TEST and PROD and both the environment has FDMEE 11.1.2.4 configured. Now while migrating the objects using ODI from TEST to PROD we are facing an issue

ODI-10093: You are importing an object from another repository with the same identifier. It is forbidden.

When I checked the value for repository ID (Master and Work repository) on both the environment, it is same (this was configured by EPM configurator automatically) and this seems to be causing the issue.

I went through the following link which highlights the steps to renumber the ID, but my concern was
